All customers looking to place an order with Wiseword will need to first create an account on the website www.wiseword.co. All customers will be responsible for keeping their own account information secure.
We require that all payments for all orders is made upfront. We can not begin work on any content projects without the payment. We accept payment online through our secure payment portal, and all of the payment information will be included in your invoice.
As soon as your payment has been processed then we will be able to begin working on your order. The billing descriptor WWAS, UAE will appear on your bank statement as payment confirmation.
All of our projects are priced differently, and the final price will be clearly communicated with the customer when they are supplied with the final quote following the briefing process.
There will be different prices for different delivery methods, depending on how quickly the content is needed.
We ask that all of our customers submit a thorough brief with as much information about the project as well as their business as possible. We will begin on the project as soon as the brief and quotation have been agreed by all parties, and the payment has been submitted.
We have two delivery options available which the customer must choose at the point of placing the order. These are standard delivery which is 5-7 days, and express delivery which is 2-3 days.
Unless it has otherwise been agreed with the client, all projects will be delivered via email.
We will allow a small number of revisions free of charge with each project. However, customers need to be aware that a revision is classified as minor changes to the copy which have already been written in draft form, and they are not a complete re-write of the project.
In order to be eligible for revisions then you need to supply a brief. Any further revisions which may be requested will be done so at our discretion and may incur additional costs.
Wiseword holds no ownership over the content which has been written for customers. When the project has been completed, customers will own the content written for them outright.
Wiseword will not accept liability for any consequences, losses or damages which may arise from any clients or customers that fail to ensure that they are meeting the relevant copyright laws.
Wiseword will also not be liable for any consequences, losses or damages which may arise from clients or customers because of any failure to meet specific deadlines.
Wiseword shall not be liable for any consequences, losses or damages which may arise from any clients or customers which may fail to ensure the accuracy or truthfulness of our writing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and review all of the content written by us prior to any wider publication.
Copyright protection and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all electronic and printed text which relates to Wiseword’s media, including the content of this website www.wiseword.co. The reproduction, republication or redistribution of any part of this website, by any means is prohibited without the express written consent of Wiseword.
